Wheel Yoga 60min

Have you tried Yoga Wheel yet? The only studio in Malta equipped with Jumbo size Yoga Wheels to ensure our students enjoy their experience. Vinyasa based yoga class incorporating the use of this fun prop. Mix of strength, balance and flexibility.

Intermediate Vinyasa 60min

Calling all regular practitioners for a complete yoga workout. This class blends the mind-body awareness of yoga with muscle-toning movement. Each class will work on various yoga poses to build lean muscle, stability, and strength in your body. You will target: arms, legs, booty, and core. Your strongest body starts here.

Aerial-Trapeze Yoga 60min

Relieve back pain, build grip and upper body strength, and strengthen your posterior chain in this fun and unique class. This is a suspension yoga class taught with The Yoga Trapeze™. All levels are welcome. No previous experience needed.​

Aerial Yoga-Slings 60min

As a Beginner aerialist, your goal is to develop your "aerial muscles"! ou will be introduced to basic hangs, knots, climbs, and a variety of skills and poses. The focus is on tapping into your upper body, core, and grip strength. eveloping body awareness and learning how to trust, balance and move on your apparatus are also key focal points. Have no fear! The majority of students do not begin with significant upper body strength. These classes will build the strength you need. dditionally, you will not be prompted to do anything you are physically or mentally uncomfortable with.​

Looking to try something new and fun? This class is for you. Join us for Aerial Hoops - increase your grip & upper body strength as well as improve your flexibility. This class will leave you feeling super great and wanting for more. Healthy back is essential for this class. Class begins with a heat generating warm up followed by Aerial Hoops moves and poses; Sweet stretching routine at the end of the practice guaranteed.
